Noise levels from outside street life can be quite intrusive!!! A broken lock on our room made us feel uneasy, and unpleasant odors in the bathroom only added to our discomfort!!!

Friendly staff made for a pleasant stay, and the room was fairly comfortable, though a bit dated in some areas. The hand-cut steaks served during the evening meal were a highlight. the accessibility features fell short, particularly for wheelchair users, making it difficult for my father to navigate the hotel. the dining area posed challenges with its steps, leading to an uncomfortable experience for him.

Had a lovely meal with lots of food and great service. Definitely the kind of place you want to revisit.

Great stay with nice rooms!

We had a lovely 4-night stay. The rooms were nice and spacious. Having a bath was a treat! Staff were super friendly and offered good food suggestions. I did notice that the scrambled eggs were cold at breakfast, though. A bit of fresh fruit on the menu would’ve been nice too.

My room was spacious, well-maintained, and featured a comfortable workspace, which was ideal for my work needs. The dinner menu was varied, and I particularly enjoyed the salmon, which was both flavorful and well-prepared. The atmosphere in the dining area was pleasant, making it a great place to unwind after a long day.

we had a fantastic stay at the kings arms. the superior double room was elegant and spacious, with real milk for tea and a lovely selection of coffees. loved the great breakfast and lunch menu. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. our parking was sorted easily too.

The shower in the Standard Double Room feels a bit cramped, which might be a challenge for larger folks. Noise from outside, particularly if your room faces the street, can be disruptive—chatter from passersby and traffic isn't exactly ideal for catching up on sleep. finding the parking entrance can be tricky, especially in the dark. a clearer sign might solve that problem for future visitors.
